Shipping Information
Orders shipped to a location within the contiguous U.S.:
- With a retail value up to $399.99, shipping is $10.
- With a retail value of $400 or more, shipping will be free.
Local pickup is available at select locations close to Scentsy warehouses for $4.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (Guam and Puerto Rico) and APO/FPO addresses:
- With a retail value up to $199.99, shipping is $20.
- With a retail value of $200 or more, shipping will be 10% of the product total.
Lifetime replacement warranty
Scentsy Warmers include a lifetime replacement warranty for manufacturing defects or damage. If your product is damaged during shipping from Scentsy, has a manufacturing defect or an electrical issue, you may return it at any time, with proof of purchase, to your Fragrance Consultant for repair or replacement.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it in resalable (new) condition to your Fragrance Consultant for exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Scentsy does not offer refunds.
Limited lifetime warranty
Scentsy Diffusers, Scentsy Fragrance Cartridge Diffusers and Scentsy Air products have a limited lifetime warranty. If any of these products are defective or damaged under normal use and care within six months of purchase, they will be replaced with the same, or comparable, product at Scentsy’s discretion at no cost to you with proof of purchase. If a manufacturer defect is discovered after six months, Scentsy will replace the product with a processing fee:
